I'm too lazy to look up to see how old the t3000 is, but i assume that you know. If it is significantly older than win2k pro, then it will not have win2k drivers and must be discarded/sold/given away. Older tape drives that don't show up on win2k are usually so old that they will not get drivers. As for what to buy, get anything that's new and get the biggest and best you can afford. Just make sure it's compatible with win2k and has a win2k-compatible backup utility, of course.
